Description

The TCJA revised multiple international tax provisions.  As a result, many of the key international compliance forms also changed.  This presentation will walk through critical changes that were made to common international tax forms, including: Form 5471 – Updated in December 2018, and Form 5472.

International tax expert, Moses Man, will guide you through how to identify filing obligations and how to fill out these important forms.   If you prepare international compliance, this presentation will get you ready as you approach the 2019 tax compliance season.

Moses  Man, CPA, is the CEO of M Squared Tax PLLC, a CPA firm specializing in international taxation. His practice focuses on US international tax planning for small to mid-size multinationals across all industries, including technology, manufacturing, and professional services. He also has experience with US individual expatriate tax planning and pre-immigration tax planning for inbound foreigners. Prior to launching M Squared Tax, Moses spent 11 years at national and regional accounting firms serving multinational companies, including startups, venture capital funds, and Fortune 500 companies. Moses earned his B.A. from Seattle University and his Masters in Taxation from the University of Washington. Moses serves as an adjunct accounting and tax professor at both Seattle University and the University of Washington and he is a current advisory board member at the Bellevue College Accounting Program.
